Do DID alters have different physical attributes/disabilities ?

I've been going down a Youtube rabbit hole recently in regards to DID (Disassociative Identity Disorder). Altho' there are some very good sites that go into the role of their alters in their system, and have videos introducing each personality, I have yet to find one that answers whether alters can have physical differences as opposed to accents, mannerisms, and the like.

I remember reading something in my teens (so about thirty-five or so years ago) about some people's different personalities using a different hand to write with than their main system, or even having such things like diabetes.

Does such a thing happen, or has it been debunked ?
