Why is it scary to talk when you're still new to the language😭

okay, so I'm pretty decent. You'd say A2 intermediate, but it's still a hassle where I have to translate the structure THEN talk/write.

so I decided to join a french server in Discord to see how they talk and make convos except when I tried talking I suddenly forget everything and the grammar I have worked my ahh for, for the past 2 months suddenly disappeared and made mistakes. the other people were laughing at how bad I was, and accidentally vous-ed someone and then they changed to english 😭.

I feel ashamed but at least I learnt c'est pas ouf and mdr 🙂‍↔️
