Supervisa no response

Hi, I am in a very weird situation. I applied for my mom's supervisa. It was processed very fast and they requested for passport. When the passport request came in, my mom's passport was stuck in another country's embassy for a long time. We also anticipated when she would get the visa, she would have to fly immediately. So we raised a webform giving the possible return date of her and availability of her passport. IRCC sent an updated letter but put the date wrong, giving one month from the day of them sending the letter, completely ignoring the return date of her from the other country. So we raised the webform again in June 1, giving the return ticket as attachment to show the date and asked for a letter with that date. Since then we raised to more webforms and no response. It still shows the passport request letter with May date. The application is not denied either. In the meantime, I forgot to extend the health insurance which was effective starting July 1. So, now I don't know if the insurance will be able to extend it or not. Raised another webform today. Should I wait or withdraw the application and reapply?
