Anyone using Popcorn as a full-time primary line while living abroad (not just traveling)?

I’m relocating to Mexico City full-time and currently on Google Fi’s top plan, but Fi suspends international data if the majority of your usage is outside the US for 90+ days which is exactly what I’d be doing. Popcorn’s marketing calls out “no 90-day limit” as a differentiator, which caught my eye.

But their “Play by the Rules” fair-use page also says the service is meant to “roam like home, not for home,” and flags ~50GB/month as a soft threshold. That language sounds aimed at travelers, not full-time residents, so I’m not sure if it’s actually a good fit for someone whose usage would be 90%+ in Mexico, indefinitely.
A few things I’m hoping people here can speak to from real experience:

•	Has anyone actually used Popcorn as their sole/primary line while based abroad long-term (not just a multi-week trip)? Any issues with account flags, throttling, or support pushback?

•	What’s coverage/network quality actually like in Mexico City specifically? (Curious which local network they’re roaming on — Telcel, AT&T México, Movistar — since it’s not listed anywhere on their site.)

•	Does the \~50GB/month soft cap actually get enforced, or is it more of a “we’ll email you” thing?

•	Anyone had their account restricted/canceled for living abroad full-time despite the “no 90-day limit” claim?

Trying to figure out if this is a real alternative to Fi for expats or if it’s really just built for travelers. Appreciate any firsthand experience.
