I'm a first-year student and we've finalized a3 bhk semi-furnished flat near Akurdi Railway Station. We are currently looking for 3 more boys, making it 5 members in total.

📍 Location: Near Akurdi Railway Station (around a 5-minute walk)

📅 Move-in Date: 15th September

💰 Rent:

- Total Rent: ₹30,000/month

- Per Person: ₹6,000/month

🏠 Flat Features:

- Semi-furnished

- Separate bed for each person

- Separate wardrobe for each person

- Washing machine

- Refrigerator

- Kitchen with essential appliances

- Water purifier

- 2 bathrooms (1 Indian & 1 Western)

- 24×7 water supply with hot water

💵 Security Deposit:

- Total Deposit: ₹60,000

- Per Person: ₹12,000 (security deposit)

📄 Rental Agreement:

- 11-month rental agreement with the owner.

- If a tenant leaves before the 11-month agreement ends, their security deposit will not be refunded.

🌐 Wi-Fi:

- We'll install a Wi-Fi connection once all members join.

- Wi-Fi charges will be shared equally among all 5 members.

⚡ Other Expenses:

- Electricity bill will be shared equally among all flatmates.

🍳 Cooking:

- Cooking is allowed, and the kitchen is available for everyone.

🧹 House Rules:

- Cleaning responsibilities will be shared on a rotating basis so everyone contributes equally.
