Advice and Tips for your younger brother?

Hi guys, I'm hope you all are doing well. I've started the first job of my life and I'm currently earning 57500 Rs/month in hand. I don't want my money to depreciate by simply sitting on my salary account. I know that one should have a knowledge of personal finance and investments to live in today's era.

Assuming yourself as my financial advisor, what investment strategy, tips or advices you would give to me in this stage of my life?

PS: I've committed to help my elder brother financially to build his house by giving him 10L.
