Post Varicocelectomy Results 3, 6, and 9 months Post Op

Husband had microsurgical varicocelectomy for grade 3 left side April 2026. Age 29.

History:

June 2024: 64 M total, 12.5M/mL concentration, 17% motility, 2% morphology

January 2026: 8 M total, 2M/mL concentration, 10% motility, 1% morphology

Present:

4 months post-op did a YO at home test just to get an idea even though it’s less detailed and concentration was estimated 6.8 M/mL but less than 1% motility. planning to get an official sperm test.

Anyone out there who got a not promising result around 4 months, but went on to see better improvements to normal range Later on in 6-12 month range?
