How can I spend less?

Hello, trying to build my first good pc and I don't know if these configs are good and I wanted something cheaper but still good. My focus is to play microsoft flight simulator 2024 and Xplane 12. My currency is euro, I'm from portugal
The current build its about 1.7k but I wanted to max spend 1.5k to 1.6k
