Symptoms

Having health anxiety but not having insurance is stopping me from getting checked. Recently lost my job and last time I had a check up was 4 months ago. Blood work showed I am anemic and bilirubin levels are very high which I was thinking because of my fatty liver. But have been having too many symptoms lately. Very fatigue so I’m sleeping a lot, and still feeling tired after, constant lower abdominal cramping, stomach burning, pencil thin stools (sometimes) , pooping more often, feeling like something is just sitting on my rectum, lower back pain.. Idk where I’m going with this.. I guess my question is anybody have similar symptoms that were diagnosed with colon cancer? Or could it be my liver?
