Firefox 153.0.3 refuses to overwrite downloaded files

I get asked if I want to replace the existing file, I click replace, it saves it with (1) or (2) or (3) on the end anyway.

Was going to report it as a bug but that seems impossible too now. They removed the feedback form and send you to a mozilla connect website now which just tells me I am rate limited and can't login.
