Collections Department Emailed My Employer.

24F, i posted here awhile ago. and Nakaka receive ako ng Email that they emailed my employer, I searched it naman and checking that Online Lending Apps ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EMAIL MY EMPLOYER IN REGARDS TO MY PERSONAL DEBT. E rereport ko ba to? Hinde kasi nagpapakilala kung Anong OLA sila but this is what i receive when i was checking my Spam Email.
