Feel like the internet over sold me on Season 4

On episode 8 of season 4 and I'm kinda annoyed. For context I started this show last week and have been working my way through it. Season 2 was amazing. Season 3 was a bit complicated but enjoyable. Going in i saw alot of people saying Season 4 was top tier but so far I'm kinda bored by it. Maybe the final act will wow me but idk
