How is E2 performing?

Almost a year ago, pulled on her last rerun to get one of my favorite character from this game. Now, after her addition to the 50/50 pool, I sit here with my newly acquired E2 Silver Wolf. How does she compare to other supports in meta? Which relic set should I be using on her (I'm running genius)? Who can use her best? (I ran her with Archer until Rin released and Saber until Gil. Is there anyone who can use her besides them? Is she better than RMC for Saber?) How does she compare to monsters like Tribbie E1 (I have her) and Mortenax (I don't have him)?

I run her with Cipher S1.
