Pc cooked?

I was just upgraded my psu and gpu last night and I was playing on it last night and this morning with the only issue was the gpu was thermal throttleing as its hotspot was at 104c so I decided that I was gonna rma it and get another and hopefully it doesn’t come shitty but as I’m playing I look away for a second and all of a sudden the rgb on my keyboard and mouse shut off and my pcs back and front fan turn off with the only fan running being the cpu fan, I quickly take the side off seeing if anything catches my eye and hear a weird sound coming from the psu fan I unplugged everything but I still heard the sound for a few more minutes I’m hoping it didn’t short but I’m confused on what to do..
