Beginner - Mouthguard question

Hey guys I hope this is ok.

I recently joined a muay Thai gym (UK based) I've done 2 sessions and I'm really enjoying it so far. I dont have a mouthguard yet so did super light sparring recently.

I'm conscious of getting a decent one as last year I had an accident and lost half of my front tooth which resulted in expensive dental work. I now have a porcelain veneer embedded on one of my front teeth.

I'm obviously super new to this and have done some research and have seen brands like sisu and shock doctor each with their pros and cons seemingly. The sisu seems light and breathable whereas the shock doctor seems super bulky but maybe more protective? Unsure on either.

Can anyone recommend a mouthguard?

Whilst I'm on the subject of new gear too I'd love to hear about gloves and shinguards as these will be my next purchases.
