How do you support voter access beyond just showing up on Election Day?
I’ve been thinking a lot about how much of the conversation around voting happens right before an election — and then basically disappears afterward.
But voter access is really a year-round issue. Things like helping people check their registration, sharing accurate election information, reminding people about deadlines, transportation to the polls, accessibility, volunteering, and paying attention to local elections can all make a difference.
I put together a practical guide covering some of those ideas:

One thing I tried to emphasize is that supporting voter access doesn’t have to mean telling anyone who to vote for. Helping someone understand where to vote, when to register, or where to find reliable information is valuable on its own.
Curious what people here think: what’s one practical thing individuals can do between elections that actually improves civic participation?
