wls2 to real linux env migration

I am using wsl2 primarily to learn development. I just recently got myself a cheap refurb to switch to complete linux environment. I have done so tweaking to my wsl2 terminal. So now, how do I migrate all my data and configurations from wsl2 to the pure linux env on my other laptop?

I have set up git, vscode and node on the wsl2? is it even possible to migrate all this? or should i simple transfer necessary data and redo the setup from scratch??
