How do I look up an down???? (Keyboard)

So I bought a keyboard for my Xbox, and so far every input works as intended except for looking up an down. I’ve seen guides say it’s holding down the middle mouse button and scrolling, but that still just zooms in and out. Others say that it’s Q and E, but they only do rotate left and right. Please help me!
