Where to make friends

Hi all, I've been playing osrs on and off for some time, I think the one thing that keeps me from playing is feeling rather lonely in the game, I don't really have any friends in game and I'm not sure where I can find clan chats or something to make the game feel a little less lonely.

Any ideas where to make some friends or any active clan chats just to have a chat?
