Replacing the m6 screw in the middle of my flat cage

Hi so I have a flat chastity but the screw in the middle of the m6*10 is a bit too big but I'm unable to find a shorter replacement that's hollow all the way though. I was wondering if I'm missing key words in my search. Any advice would be super appreciated
