spring 2027 housing

my friend is looking for someone to take her solo room lease in the spring on w 36th place! rent is $1250/month. you'd be sharing the apartment with 3 other junior girls. it's a 4b2b so you'd share a bathroom with one other. about a 2-4 min walk to campus! also comes unfurnished but there will be a full size mattress + frame. respond to this thread if interested :))
