CSPA Help Needed – F4 Priority Date Feb 2010: Approval Date & Documents?

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to understand my CSPA age calculation and would really appreciate hearing from people with similar timelines.
My details:
Category: F4
Priority/Received date: February 5, 2010
I-130 approval date: July 12, 2010
I-130 pending time: about 157 days
We may also have received another notice/approval around 2015, but I’m not sure what that document was.
A couple of questions:
Has anyone with F4 dates around 2010–2012 had their CSPA age calculated recently?
Where can we find the official I-130 approval date? Is it on the I-797 approval notice, or can it be found somewhere else?
Which specific USCIS/NVC documents should we look for to determine the correct approval date and CSPA calculation?
If anyone had a similar case, what documents did you use for your CSPA calculation?
I’d especially appreciate responses from people with similar priority dates and timelines. Thanks!
