Do you know why the narrator changes aren't marked? These unidentified shifts are one of the main difficulties for readers, and it seems to me that clear formatting (an asterisk, an extra line break, etc.) would greatly simplify reading. Has an explanation been provided by the publisher or Erikson himself?
