SBI account partially frozen due to “cyber cell issue” — can I get my money back? What should I do?

Hey everyone, I’m really confused and honestly pretty stressed right now. I’m looking for advice from people who have experienced something similar.

My SBI account has been partially frozen. I can still receive/credit money, but I cannot withdraw or debit money from the account.

I visited my SBI branch and asked them about the issue. They told me that it is related to a cyber-cell issue and basically told me to wait / “give up hope” because there’s nothing they can do from the branch side.

The situation is a little complicated because I used a withdrawal/cashback app that used to give around 4% cashback. Because of that, I ended up doing quite a lot of transactions through my bank account, with individual transactions generally around ₹500–₹2,000. I’m worried that the high transaction activity may have triggered the freeze or may be connected to some complaint.

I also called 1930 (Cyber Crime Helpline) to ask about it. They told me that currently there is no complaint registered against my number/account according to them.

So now I have no idea what I’m supposed to do.

My questions:

1.If there is no complaint showing when I call 1930, why has SBI put a partial freeze on my account?

2.Could this be because my account appeared somewhere in a money trail/transaction chain, even if I personally didn't commit any fraud?

3.Is there a realistic chance that I will be able to withdraw my money again?

Please be real with me. I’d rather hear the uncomfortable truth than get false hope.
