Are the Student Research Assistant jobs on workday paid jobs? (medicine)

I want to apply to the student (undergrad) research assistant jobs on workday and wanted to know if are they paid positions? I've worked as a research assistant for a psychology lab before and that was unpaid, but that was also through a referral and then an interview process rather than officially through workday, so I'm not sure

Also the job descriptions dont say anything about salaries so are they unpaid then?

If they are paid what would be a good number to put in the 'expected salary' part of the application? I have previous experience working in labs and have done a full time summer internship at a hospital + am currently working with a psychology lab at osu
