N00b - Winterbreak 2 Oasis 10th Gen

OK so I have a blacklisted Oasis 10th Gen. And the "Home" screen keeps asking me to resume setup. Setup doesn't work as it's blocked. I've installed Winterbreak 2 as the FW is 5.15.1

I followed the process on kindlemodding until complete (kual, peki, koreader etc).

However, the "Home" screen still asks me to resume setup.

So....

Can I stop that as it's annoying? Yes I know the device is blocked so it can't register, but at least can i stop it reminding me :)

Also, going to "Library" keeps telling me "Cloud not available" ... can I get rid of that?

Finally .... Can I upgrade to a newer firmware manually (download, copy to kindle, update) or will that kill the jailbreak?
