HELP

Our company has an international shipment coming in for warranty repair.

It is not subject to dutes/Taxes as this is a warranty repair, and has not commercial value. This was reflected on the commercial invoice the customer in Luxembourg submitted with DHL.

DHL is telling us we need to pay $1200 in customs value before delivery.

We have ALMOST everything fixed, except that when DHL created the Customer Master File for us (CMF) - they filled in our EIN number with the wrong information so it doesn't reflect accurately all the other documents. (I assume they did this because we do are not a customer of DHL)

I CANNOT get a person at DHL who seems to even know what a CMF is . . . I spent over an hour on the phone being forwarded from department to department with no one able to assist.
