So Did the HotD S3 Finale imply Alys Rivers is... (SPOILERS MAIN)

...the Ghost of High Heart? Immortal, woods witch, associated with the Children of the Forest, possessed of deep sorrow, bound to the Riverlands, lots of commonalities here.

Obviously the Ghost of High Heart's appearance is different, but we also still don't know what happened with Alys' eventual downfall. We know she made a play for power by openly claiming Harrenhal and trying to raise up a Targaryen bastard, but we don't know what happened to her afterward. All we do know is she doesn't rule Harrenhal anymore and her Targaryen bastard didn't lead to anything bigger.

Perhaps in her downfall she was horrible disfigured? Or perhaps whatever curse she was under was lifted and she started to age once again?
