Scotch & Tea™ is a small, selective EVE organization for pilots who like working from the edges of the map, making their own content, and turning quiet nights into something meaningful.
We have a storied past as a Black Ops outfit: dropping on known bait, avoiding blues except where business requires it, and flying absurd officer-fit Widows like this one and this one — no lectures, please. We know.
These days, the work still happens in backwater systems and quiet corners of New Eden. Some nights are gas operations. Some nights are cloaky hunting. Some nights are strange doctrine tests, drag bubbles, logistics work, booster supply, or half-serious projects that probably should not work and occasionally do anyway.
Our recruitment efforts look for self-starters: scouts, hunters, haulers, scanners, builders, doctrine nerds, industrial minds, explorers, and other useful problems with a pulse. Our next phase leans harder into industry as we move deeper into booster manufacturing. Come help us make and sell “whisky” to New Eden.
Good fits usually have:
- Initiative
- Patience during quiet nights
- Good comms and local manners
- Interest in learning and adapting
- Enough income to fund their own trouble
- A sense of humor when EVE behaves like EVE
- USTZ (but we have one crazy Aussie)
No HR department. No ESI gauntlet. We do a short ten-question interview with no wrong answers, and we encourage questions back. This is anti-bloc by design: personal, conversational, and more interested in the pilot than the résumé.
