Hearing loss and dizziness after diving - should I see a doctor?

Im 21M 178cm 83kg. Yesterday I went diving to about 4 meters. While I was at the bottom I suddenly felt a loud pop in my right ear.
When I came back to the surface I became very dizzy and had strong vertigo. Since then I have noticed that I can barely hear with my right ear.
It doesn’t really hurt even when I lie on that side or touch around/inside the ear. However a few hours later I noticed that fluid was coming out of the ear and after sleeping on that side again my ear was wet again.
I’m wondering if this could be a ruptured eardrum or some kind of diving-related ear injury. Should I see a doctor or can this resolve on its own?
I haven’t dived again since this happened.
