Is pursuing theoretical physics really hard in Nepal?

I have a clear concise that I am more better suited in bio group due to better memory power and less in physical group as I have previously struggled in grade 10 trigonometry but the thought of never pursuing what I like and just following my parents and teachers does not not suffice myself either. I do have a plan of attempting loksewa after completing my bachelors and if fate allows I want to keep doing my masters while doing my job as police . I have heard that if we work as a police for 4 years, we have a chance to do phd overseas while still getting salary . This way I hope to pursue my dream and allow my parents dream to be fulfilled as well. But as my physics teacher he himself said that the road to theoretical physics is a very sad one. I am scared that maybe one day I will regret not taking a subject that is of my caliber.
