What is going on?

I received a temporary ban on my main account u/Baazookah_Zawadi lasting 7 days and I waited it out because I indeed never followed a rule .Now the 7 days are over today and the red banner disappeared but it's like my account is still in that banned state,I can't edit my profile or anything.Am I missing something here?What do you advise I do?This isn't adding up man.
