Planning to move to Pune from Goa

Hi we are recently blessed with a baby girl and we are planning to move to Pune once she is 6 months old. My husband has a WFH job situation and I am currently upscaling for a data analyst position. I currently have a degree in civil engineering and pursuing data science & programming from IIT Madras.

How is the job market currently in Pune ? Will I be able to land a job interviewing from Goa itself. Anyone has any leads ?

Also could like to know how will be the situation with baby work out. Are they nannies available like in Goa ? How is the healthcare?

Importantly any suggestions on which location I should consider looking for a job?
