Permanent suspension since 2023

My only account. Never suspended before. Got permabanned for "account suspension evasion." This happened during a many months-long break from Twitter.

I recently went through old emails to find someone logged into my account from the opposite side of the country, D.C., on an iPhone. I've never even owned an iPhone. They immediately changed my password and spent the next week spamming people with some crap crypto coin. The person was obviously not from the U.S. because they put the American dollar sign after the number, like, "I just made 600$! Hot coin!" The suspension of my account quickly followed. Months later, I log in to find the suspension.

Knowing they track everything on the site, a human could easily look at the data and clearly see I was hacked, but all I get is an instant email that is either automated or AI-driven, giving me the middle finger.

Am I banging my head against a brick wall? Is there any way to get a human review?

In addition, the email stated to log in and follow the on-screen instructions, which there aren't any. So I tried to see if I could get VERIFIED. They took my money, and after 'review,' gave me a blue checkmark! My account is still clearly suspended, and now they've fraudulently taken my money.
