Playbox FAQ

Some FAQ's

1. Is the site a scam?

Nope. The developers started the site with a goal of creating a site that would compete with other well known sites by maintaining the best quality templates possible and rewarding creators who make the best ones. In order to do this they have always attempted to avoid any practice that could be described as a scam or attempt to deceive users. Crypto and Telegram purchases do not carry hidden extra charge and you do receive the extra credits for being a Pro or Ultimate subscriber. Monthly credits are always automatically added on the date you started your subscription. Support can be slow and the developers recognize that only having a small team means it can seem like issues are not resolved but there is no attempt to ignore genuine issues. We have literally hundreds of daily users and regular users who top up their credits.

2. The template I used wasn't great can I get my credits back?

No, unfortunately AI has it's own issues and we cannot guarantee that every template will work flawlessly every time. We attempt to weed out totally broken templates or ones we spot obvious flaws with facial retention or poorly generated body parts but we can't always catch them all. If you have a generation that failed into a black screen with nothing created then this is different and you will need to log this with support with a screenshot of the template and then output video as proof. This isn't a common issue but has been seen before.

3. What is a VIP and how do I become one?

VIP status is something given to creators who have proven they can produce great templates on a regular basis. You may be eligible for VIP if you have created a minimum of ten good templates that show original work of quality. If so the dev team will attempt to contact you and invite you to join the team. There are benefits to joining VIP including reduced training costs, better returns on credits for your templates for longer and access to certain types of template not available to normal users. VIP is not an automatic right. You must maintain your work and be a good standing member of the site. VIP status can and has been removed from users for a variety of reasons.

4. Why is telegram more expensive than crypto?

Telegram stars and their exchange rates are not set in the same way as crypto. Playbox is not in charge of how these are calculated and there may be geographical difference in how these currencies are exchanged. Telegram stars are offered as they are a standard way of paying for these services and people are used to it and/or have done it before. Crypto is, in my opinion, a better way of paying especially if you use a tethered stable coin where your transaction is easily marked to the price of the dollar therefore avoiding geographic issues (bar the normal exchange rate of your local currency). Crypto also tends to be near instantaneous once paid.

5. I put in 15 videos of my favorite person, why doesn't my template just create videos of that person?

This is not how training works. In training you are teaching the AI what action you wish it to perform using the starting image provided. You should provide 15-20 videos of the same action performed by multiple people from roughly the same angle for best results. Throwing in 15 random videos will likely result in the template doing nothing or doing something weird. Also remember that getting it to work with one photo is not the same as saying it works. Your template will still be removed if it is not adaptable enough or requires a highly specialized starting image. Stating it's for "extension only" is not going to be a good enough excuse for it to stay.

6 What is playbun, fapify and playbox to each other?

Playbox is the original site and everything runs from its backend. Playbun is an alternative site that blocks the use of uploaded images but does allow you to create images that you can then run the templates against. Fapify is an alternative front for playbox, originally created by some people copying the playbox IP to try and profit from it. The site is now owned by Playbox and essentially functions as a place that VIP's can populate their templates to and as an alternative for places where the main site may be blocked. Fapify does not share credits with Playbox or Playbun. If you ever see any other sites using our templates please report it so we can take them down.
