Grasping you [INDUCTION]
The first thing to disappear is the need to hurry.
Everything can become slower here.
The pace of breathing.
The movement of thought.
The awareness of everything beyond this moment.
A quiet stillness begins to gather around the body, almost like the approach of evening when the last traces of daylight gradually disappear.
The forehead softens.
The muscles around the eyes become loose.
The jaw releases its tension.
The neck grows heavy.
The shoulders settle downward, carrying less and less of the weight they held before.
The arms become still.
The hands loosen.
The fingers no longer need to hold onto anything.
A gentle heaviness continues downward through the body.
Across the chest.
Through the back.
Into the stomach.
Down through the hips and legs.
All the way to the feet.
Nothing needs to be held tightly anymore.
The body can simply rest.
And beneath that physical relaxation, something quieter begins to happen inside the mind.
Thoughts lose their sharp edges.
The constant stream of little distractions begins to slow.
One thought appears.
Then fades.
Another follows.
Then disappears into the background.
There is less need to follow any of them.
Less need to understand them.
The deeper stillness becomes more interesting than the noise.
The atmosphere changes.
It becomes darker.
Quieter.
Warmer.
Like standing somewhere just beyond the edge of ordinary awareness.
A faint mist begins to gather in the imagination.
It drifts slowly through the darkness, barely visible, catching occasional traces of distant light.
Nothing moves quickly.
Nothing demands attention.
Everything seems suspended in a slow, effortless rhythm.
Somewhere within the mist, a dim light appears.
It pulses once.
Then fades.
Pulses again.
And remains.
The light seems impossibly far away, yet somehow close enough to feel.
There is something strangely compelling about it.
Not because it demands attention.
Because it simply waits.
The deeper the stillness becomes, the clearer the light appears.
The quieter the mind becomes, the more noticeable the atmosphere feels.
A faint sense of anticipation begins to emerge.
Nothing has happened yet.
And yet the feeling remains.
Something is waiting beyond the next moment.
The darkness seems to stretch farther.
The mist becomes thicker.
The distant light begins forming a slow circular pattern.
A curve.
Then another.
A spiral gradually unfolding within the darkness.
It turns slowly, almost imperceptibly.
The pattern draws the atmosphere inward.
The world outside seems increasingly distant.
The body remains comfortably still.
The mind becomes quieter.
And somewhere beneath ordinary thought, a deeper awareness begins to emerge.
A receptive stillness.
A willingness to simply follow the experience as it unfolds.
No need to question every sensation.
No need to analyze every thought.
The deeper mind can simply listen.
And the atmosphere continues downward.
There is a sensation of descending without movement.
As though the darkness itself has become a staircase.
One level beneath another.
Each level quieter.
Each level calmer.
Each level further removed from everything unnecessary.
The first level is relaxation.
Then stillness.
Then focus.
Then something deeper.
The edges of ordinary awareness begin to soften.
The distinction between imagining and experiencing becomes less important.
The atmosphere becomes almost tangible.
Warm darkness.
Slow spirals.
Distant light.
A quiet sense of anticipation.
And beneath all of it, the simple understanding that the words can be followed.
One thought leading naturally to another.
One moment leading naturally to the next.
There is no need to resist the direction of the experience.
The deeper part of the mind can simply remain receptive.
Listening.
Following.
Obeying.
The darkness grows deeper.
The light grows softer.
The spiral continues its slow descent.
Lower.
Quieter.
Deeper.
Until there is almost nothing left to notice except the feeling of being completely relaxed and deeply absorbed into my grasp.
Your body is still.
Your mind is mine.
Awareness is gone.
Attention is only on me and my words.
The outside world feels very far away now.
And the atmosphere has reached that delicate point where anticipation becomes almost its own sensation.
Something is about to begin.
Something beyond the relaxation.
Beyond the darkness.
Beyond the slow descent.
The stage is set.
The mind is quiet enough to listen.
The body is relaxed enough to remain still.
The attention is focused enough to follow.
And beneath the silence, there is a growing sense of expectation.
A feeling that the next words will matter.
That they will be heard differently now.
More deeply.
More completely.
The last traces of tension dissolve into the darkness.
The spiral slows.
The light becomes steady.
And everything settles into complete stillness.
The words settle into your mind so seamlessly.
So effortlessly.
You so helplessly want to comment on this post
“I am an obedient girl for you”
You so easily want to message me saying
“I am an obedient girl for you”
As it feels so good to be obedient.
Deeply relaxed.
Quietly attentive.
Open to what comes next.
The induction ends here.
The mind is still.
The body is calm.
The atmosphere is complete.
And there is nothing left to do except obey my commands.
