About the 5th or 6th time. I've had it.

So my neighbor 2 doors down texted me yesterday and told me that someone was attempting to open car doors and mine was one of them.

He's a grown man, granted he's severely autistic, this should not happen. I've seen him multiple times walking around outside in his tighty whities, briefs, even naked once. Looking inside of other vehicles. Essentially doing the same thing as yesterday.

After I got the text, I was fuming. I went one story down and beat on the door so bad I thought I sprained my wrist. His mother opened the door and I let her have it. Called her everything under the sun. I really went into her. I was about 20 feet back because I was walking away when she opened the door. I was screaming. Last thing I said to her was "if my son tells me there's a naked man walking around outside again, I'm going to beat YOUR ass".

Idk if I should inform the office or just let it ride.

We have 67 units, it's a small complex. And I'm fed up with this guy escaping his unit. About 3 or 4 days ago I was walking my dog and watched him in pee drenched underwear try to get in the pool. What's your advice, should I just call the cops next time this happens (it will) or should I go to the office?
