Best starting point

Looking for the best starting point of an ai automation business. I understand it fairly well but I really just want to build something of a demo that I can bring into local businesses that can clearly show how they will save time or money.

Tho king of starting with higher ticket and less pitched verticals, with a follow up automation sequence.
