Igenex panel requirements

Hi there, I’ve ordered a blood collection kit to do the 4IB panel with igenex, however the kit only came with 3 tubes.

Will there be sufficient blood to do all the tests with the tubes that are there? Or do I need to order multiple kits?
Will they split one tube to do the 4 immunoblots?
