Are 12 month subscriptions officially done now?

After looking at multiple stores IRL, I tried to buy 12 months of game pass core from amazon, and it isn't working. The reviews on walmart don't give me much hope either. I could try loaded but I haven't used them before. Is this the end for 12 month subs?
