Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?- SimCity (SNES)

I am just curious, how many of us are going to use the money cheat in SimCity (SNES)? For me it really just depends on the type of playthrough that I'm looking for. Honestly, as much as I love this game I'll probably end up doing both. Lol.
