Question. Is MLL in flex funded account EOD or not?

Important question.

In a flex funded account, not eval, but a funded account, is the MLL checked EOD? As in, assume I have taken one payout and my MLL is set at 50100 on a $50k flex funded account, and next day I open a trade which is running at loss and my balance goes to $49800, open trade not realized pnl, then it comes back to profit and I close at $50800, the same trade, now realized pnl. Is the account breached or not?
