Uhh…WHAT is Reddington on about???

I’m very “educated” in the realm of psychology, though not a psychiatrist. I am completely baffled by some of the things Reddington is grilling poor Tufts about. Not only have I not heard of some of the things he is asking about, I’m very curious as to their relevance to the case. He’s making himself look unintelligent and uneducated, truly! I am astounded. Does anyone else feel this way? Are there others out there with a psychology background who can confirm that I am not crazy, or am I perhaps actually behind on the literature? I’m just…blown away, and not in a positive way.
