Started at 150lbs. Upper body was lagging behind my lower body, my legs are buff even tho I dont work them out. I use Liftoff to track all my progress, exercises.  Supplements were basic the whole time, just creatine every day, a regular multivitamin, and vitamin D. Tho I started taking more and i recommend you to do the same.

Most of the time I worked out I was using around 80% strength, my main focus waa muscle growth which is probably why I have a good Physique but my strength is still lacking. I may switch to strength training.

 I started with cutting. Dropped down to about 140lb.

I did a push pull routine, yes i usually skip legs.

I focus on mainly chest. Then i later cut down to 135lb.

Biggest things that actually helped were staying consistent with the creatine and sleep once I started eating more, and realizing my biceps responded better to higher reps than trying to go super heavy. I did lat pulldowns and once i could do 8 reps for pullups i switched to that. Which felt much better.

Anyone else notice their upper body responds way better once they stop cutting?
