Does this ring the bell for anyone?

Question

Hi everyone, my mental state has been weirdly deteriorating lately. I don't know. Is it depression, ADHD, ASD or am I missing something? I've had some of these symptoms for a long time, but they're getting worse. Trouble focusing on thoughts, hard to figure out why or what I'm thinking (like they're screaming at each other). Suicidal thoughts (+sh) are constant, they can stop me and engulf me in a cycle, and they're louder than any other thought. Mood swings. One moment I want to do this, the next I need to do that, and I don't finish/do any of it. Can't decide. Nothing. I need to do everything, but I can't focus because I have other things to do, but what about this task? What about my life? When I get a job, how am I going to get it done? What can I do? I can't do anything until I learn to do xzy, but I can't learn them because I have other things to do, and so on and so forth. I manage to do some things, but only partially, mostly of average quality (garbage), which is terrible, how am I supposed to put in the effort if I don't believe I can succeed knowing I am a mess (depressive emotions are pulling me down). I feel like I can't function, create anything (I'm a designer/artist who hasn't been able to create anything for years).

I am so overwhelmed. Luckily I have an emergency call with a psychologist tomorrow. She is from the volunteer program. But the help she can provide might just buy me time until I see a psychiatrist.
