Any logo creators?

So, is there a logo creator out there who could give me a hand? I'm unable to create something as simple as a word; I've only managed to change the colors of a couple of community logos. I'm recreating the Arizona Challenger, and I want to put "PHOENIX" on the courts. If anyone knows how, I'd appreciate the help.
