Never Use Priceline to book

If you’re looking at Priceline for a flight, don’t. They are absolutely horrible. We had a flight voucher with them and when we went to book the ticket using the voucher we had to call them. We were on the phone with them for 4 hours just to be told that we have to wait for the tickets to go up in price because the cost of the flight has to be the “exact” price of the voucher. And the ticket had to be the most basic value. I.e. no baggage included and seat assigned at check in and last to board. And you can’t even use the voucher to upgrade to one of the better packages like the one that includes baggage. They are money hungry. They allow you to use the voucher for flights that cost more than the voucher covers but you have to cover the rest of the cost. The ticket that was originally purchased that was refunded into this voucher had covered two checked bags and had a window seat. Yet we now have to pay extra money to add baggage because the greedy business known as Priceline won’t let you use your OWN voucher to choose a ticket that includes baggage. They suck and will give you the run around and will try to suck you dry.
