[Computer/PC][2025-2026] Visual novel horror game where you decide who lives and who dies.

The game is about a protagonist who must pick out those who are infected with some sort of disease and kill them. In the beginning a different character spares a pregnant woman who is infected. That character is then killed on screen by a officer wearing generic all black military uniform. He tells the protagonist that he will insulated inside of a special suit (?) forever and that no one would know who they are but they appreciate their service (?).
