Capping naps at an hour and 15 min?
Should I be capping my 4.5 month old babies naps at an hour and 15 minutes?
He typically naps in 40 min increments four times a day (which I am totally fine with).
Occasionally, he can nap for two hours. I wake him up at the two hour mark for calories and movement.
But should I let him nap as long as he needs (still capping nap at 2 hours) as he gets older? Or cap naps so the overall day time sleeping is around 3.5 hours?
Typically his wake windows are 1.5-2.0/2.0/2.0/2.0/2.0.
We are working on getting the first wake window to the 2 hour mark but sometimes he can’t make it.
He sleeps 10.5ish hours at night with some troubles at 4 and 5am. But he falls back asleep fairly easily.
