Hey I’m moving to nyc in September for graduate school at Columbia. Looking for a sublet/lease takeover near campus (UWS, West Harlem, Morningside Heights)

Duration: September 1 - May/June

Budget: Max $1500/month

about me:
• 22 years old female

• Columbia graduate student in physics

• Love collecting music and exploring fashion

• Long-time barista and coffee lover

• Queer and Hispanic

Me as a roommate:

I'm a very clean person and tend to keep my spaces tidy. I'm a big animal lover, so I'm happy living with pets but have no plans or desires to get my own pet. Academics are my main focus, so I'll likely be out of the house studying most days. I'm a big people person, so I'd love to hang out and be friends with my roommates!
